The science is easy to understand

I have gone to great lengths to eliminate too much jargon and non-scientists should enjoy the non-technical manner in which the processes of experimentation and the pathways to discovery have been described.  Thus, regardless of the cutting-edge science described, Convergence can be enjoyed in much the same manner as a drama/detective story, independent of the technical aspects.
